By engaging Proactive Heating & Cooling for HVAC services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided, including installation, repair, maintenance, and emergency services.
Service Appointments
- Service appointments are scheduled based on availability
- We provide estimated arrival times, which may vary due to unforeseen circumstances
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance
- Emergency services are available 24/7 and may incur additional charges
Pricing and Payment
- All estimates are provided free of charge for standard services
- Final pricing may vary based on actual work required
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Financing options are available for qualifying customers
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties:
- All labor comes with a 1-year warranty
- Equipment warranties vary by manufacturer
- Warranty coverage excludes damage from misuse or normal wear and tear
- Warranty service must be performed by our technicians
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. All services are provided "as is" with the warranties specifically stated above.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe and clear access to HVAC equipment
- Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions
- Maintain equipment according to manufacturer recommendations
- Schedule regular maintenance as recommended
